Usage

Used to distinguish between identically named subjects, but only on articles that use an identifier in the title (i.e. a word within parentheses).

There are three parameters by default. Replace "n/a" with text as appropriate. An extra sentence can be added to the template if a fourth and fifth parameter is defined, either to link to a second topic of the same title or the disambiguation page if there are three or more topics of the same title; in the latter case, the second and third parameters should link to a subject that is also well known.
