Purpose
A pre-made table heading for displaying an organized list of a subject's appearances in video games. Individual rows and their respective cells are defined outside this template, not inside of it.
From left to right, each game title is accompanied by an ESRB rating, the original year of release, the game console it was originally released for, a description of their role, and the optional additional notes for if there's any other brief noteworthy information to be said about a subject's appearance within the game.
If changing the heading's background and color, make sure it's the same as Infobox header, if it also uses custom colors on the same article.
