F.L.U.D.D. (short for Flash Liquidizer Ultra Dousing Device), alternatively spelled FLUDD, is a water pack who assists Mario during his journey in Super Mario Sunshine to clean up all of the goop covering Isle Delfino. Since Super Smash Bros. Brawl, F.L.U.D.D. has also been a part of Mario's moveset in the Super Smash Bros. games.
