Yoshi

Yoshi is a green dinosaur from the Mario franchise. He first appeared in Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Since his debut, Yoshi has appeared in several more Mario titles. Yoshi is usually depicted as green, but his species has shown to appear in a variety of different colors, such as blue, yellow, pink, red, and brown. Since the puzzle game Yoshi, Yoshi and his species at large have become the star of their own titular franchise.
